Yes. Plugged In Recovery allows clients to keep phones, tablets, and computers. We believe real recovery happens in real life — many clients maintain work and family responsibilities during treatment.

Is same-day admission available?
Yes. We offer same-day admissions for qualified clients. Walk-ins are welcome. Our admissions team is available 24/7 to guide you through the process quickly and compassionately.
What is the difference between PHP and IOP?
PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) runs typically 6 hours per day, 5–6 days a week. IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) offers 3 hours per day, 3–5 days a week, with day and evening options. Our clinical team recommends the right level based on your assessment.
What should I bring to treatment?
Bring 7–10 days of comfortable clothing, personal hygiene items, prescribed medications in original bottles, photo ID, insurance card, and personal comfort items. Our admissions team provides a complete packing list during intake.
Do you treat co-occurring mental health and addiction?
Absolutely. Dual diagnosis treatment is one of our core specializations. We simultaneously address substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and mood disorders.
How long is the program?
Residential programs range from 30 to 90 days depending on clinical need. PHP and IOP are ongoing flexible programs. Our team designs a personalized treatment plan based on your goals and requirements.
